Tumblr Accountability: 2012: Day Forty-Nine
Whooooo late late late.
Breakfast:
- Last of the leftover pasta (see previous entries) and 1 serving of tofu.
- 2 regular sized mugs of coffee w/ soy milk.
Snack:
- Nothing (mistake; see my running post)
Lunch:
- Bowl of vegan chili
- 1 multigrain sandwich thin w/ peanut butter and jam
Snack:
- Nothing
Through the day:
- Hydrated pretty well. Til later.
Dinner:
- Taco salad: seitan, lentils, brown rice, tomatoes, lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, salsa, onion vinaigrette, tofutti fake sour cream, and some mushrooms (from a jar)
- 2 beers
Dessert:
- Nothing. We went to food carts that had a LOT of vegan options but I wanted none of it.
- EXCEPT ALL THE ALCOHOL. Oh yeah I drank too much last night.
Exercise: Ran (most of) four miles. Walked what I couldn’t run.
Grade for Today: I’ll say B. I gave myself permission to drink and I ate really well through the day up to that point. And then un-ate a lot of it. Ugh, not a proud moment in my life.
What I did well today:
1) I did the four miles I was trying to talk myself out of.
2) I went to Chase and got them to dispute the fraudulent charges on my card.
3) I went grocery shopping with my mom and got nothing but super healthy stuff.
4) I met with my podcast people and we’re going to record next month. I AM SO EXCITE.
