Now that I have refocused my schedule and home-life responsibilities and gotten back to my normal (wow I have done a lot of things), I think I want to do another Vegan Month Of Food, unofficially, back on my Blogger, and I’ll cross-post it here.
I want to work it a bit differently than I did for Vegan MoFo in October. For starters, I don’t feel obligated to post recipes every day. I think I’ll make it an expansion of Tumblr Accountability, and post photos of all the stuff I eat. Which is going to be a pain without a smart phone when I dine out. But I do so much less of that already.
No, what I think I’ll do is be extra diligent about having my camera, and I want to start expanding my cooking skillz a bit. Buy better fresh ingredients. Get more creative. Make food that looks great when it’s plated. And eat as clean as possible.
I want to eat plates of sliced tomatoes with fresh basil and olive oil adorning them. Basically, this blog makes me feel like my cooking is ugly and pedestrian, so I’m-a gonna work on that. What the hell does a vegan eat anyway?
