Do Life Challenge: Week Eight

From the Do Life Forums:

Welcome to week eight guys. And congratulations on making it this far; before we beat ourselves up on slipping up occasionally, think about how many people’s New Year’s Resolutions are distant memories. The fact that we’re still focusing time, effort, and energy on making ourselves better means we’re part of a small minority. Keep your head high.

This week’s challenge is up to all of us. I know that sometimes I’ll be going along in my health journey and someone will tell me something or ask a question that really motivates me or gets me thinking about something I wouldn’t have otherwise pondered.

So here’s what we’re going to do.

CHALLENGES:

  • Issue a challenge to everyone for the week in this thread. Tell us why you’re issuing the challenge and what it means to you. Is it something you’re struggling with? Is it something that has been working for you? It can be anything, but it has to have a direct challenge tied in with it.

I will challenge everyone to go meatless or full-on vegan for a week. Why? Because I’m mean, that’s why.

  • Scan through the challenges, think about them, read about what they mean to everyone, and choose some that are in line with your current goals and might help you achieve them.

I will post which challenge(s) I pick by the end of the day.

  • Rock the challenges.

  • Keep logging your miles and workouts. Keep at the planks and pushups.
We’re all in this together so lets keep inspiring one another.

How can we get better this week? Give us your challenge.
