Tumblr Accountability: 2012: Day Fifty-Two
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal w/ soy milk and jam (and a dash of sugar-free chocolate Torani syrup)
- Coffee w/ soy
Snack:
- Rest of my coffee w/ soy
Lunch:
- Leftover pasta from last night w/ 1 serving of extra firm tofu (super reasonable/responsible portion of pasta, too. you guise I’m learning portion control)
Snack:
- A bunch of grape tomatoes
- Lara Bar (Cinnamon Roll)
- Lentil Mushroom Soup (about 1.5 cups - I should do a nutrition breakdown on it the next time I make it - it’s basically fat free and probably low-calorie, too)
- An orange
Through the day:
- WATER. Like a champ.
Dinner:
- From New Seasons because of reasons:
- Thai wrap (tortilla, vegetables, seitan, and peanut sauce - and quite small)
Dessert:
- Also from New Seasons by way of Sweetpea Bakery:
- Vegan, wheat-free brownie
Exercise: Commute walking.
Grade for Today: I’ll say B+ …. I ate a lot of mini meals today, but I could have planned the dinnertime business a bit better. Don’t feel bad about the exercise lack since it was a rest day. I just feel sort of bad for eating more than one pre-packaged thing. Which is funny because I used to almost exclusively eat packaged food all day every day.
What I did well today:
1) I made pretty good decisions for having Grocery Store Dinner (way worse vegan desserts I could have had, and there was a salad bar I could have gone nuts on)

3) I fit into a jacket I thought I’d never fit into when I first bought it. Seriously, you guys, I couldn’t even get my arms into it.
4) I got all of my running stuff together so’s I can do two miles before work tomorrow morning.
